Most often known as Cat, I use PuyoDa for various aliases, including cosplaying. I wanted something to log the progress of my costumes as well as keep track of expenses going towards them. Thus, the start of this blog came around. The name of it is lame right now, but I’m out of ideas! For now, “PuyoDa’s Cosplay Log” will have to do.

I started cosplaying when I was in college after attending my first Anime con and deciding that it’d be fun to do. I convinced my friend Jack to make a Soul Calibur costume with me, which we debuted on Halloween and again during A-kon. Since then, we’ve been cosplaying together as a duo, and after a couple years, his fiance Jess joined our group as well. Most of our costumes tend to be for video games rather than Anime.

We attend cons in Texas. With Jack and Jess in Arlington and me in Austin, we attend 2-3 cons a year in the Dallas and Austin area. Maybe you’ll see us around!
